Audited data naturally lags; Munifi layers current budgets, agendas, and meeting activity on top. Every figure cites its origin and carries a confidence label.

Every source is a verified government record. Collection methods vary — some are direct API feeds, others are structured downloads or parsed government documents. All are documented per source below.
